These terms apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital products (murder mystery dinner sets as downloads) between the provider named in the legal notice and its customers.
§ 2 Subject matter
We sell digital content (PDF files) for download. Nothing is delivered on a physical data carrier.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the purchase button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation or provision of the download.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout (processed by Stripe).
§ 5 Rights of use / licence
With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes. You may print the materials for your own group. Sharing, reproducing for commercial purposes or making the files publicly available is not permitted.
§ 6 Provision of the download
After successful payment you receive a time-limited download link by email. Please download the files within the stated period and keep a copy.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Information on withdrawal and on the expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content can be found in our cancellation policy.
§ 8 Liability / warranty
The statutory provisions apply.
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
